Construction of general street infrastructure, including new stormwater, sanitary, and potable water pipelines; construction of the subgrade and paving; construction of a retaining wall along one of the roads. The main challenge was construction logistics, as there were homes with active garages, which required keeping certain areas open to allow vehicle traffic.
